The models have been coordinated with BaFin. They are an orientation aid and are not binding.

I am obliged to carefully examine the proposals for individual use and to adapt, supplement or reformulate them accordingly. If necessary, the order, wording or content must be changed. I will only use the samples within the scope of my professional activity and will not pass them on to third parties.

The samples were created with the greatest possible care. Since, however, other legal opinions or errors of the editors or the committees cannot be excluded, none of the information in the samples claims unrestricted legal validity.
